Supplies for Exams


	You will need the following items:

        1. Your OCC ID Card and OCC ID number

        2. Scantron form: ParSCORE #F-289 (red, 1/2 page)

        3. A #2 lead pencil and good eraser

        4. A simple calculator (non-graphic, non-text capable)
